In order for your child to participate with UNION Volleyball Club, please complete the following for Registration:
Anyone who was not able to make UNION pre-registration times can still sign up to tryout with >UNION Volleyball Club. Please DOWNLOAD and PRINT OUT the player contract, and bring to first tryout session with birth certificate and medical release form.
Players should arrive 1 hour before their first tryout session to size for uniforms and finish registration process before tryout session begins.

- USA Player Medical Release Form - www.pioneervb.org must be completed first.
- Copy of your child's birth certificate
- $225 registration/tryout fee. You may pay online once you register your child. *
